LymyVoyage is an independent medical-tourism research and information publication. We aggregate, verify, compare, and summarize publicly available information from multiple sources. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or provide individualized medical advice.

Our mission

Most of what you find online about treatment abroad is written by someone who earns money when you book -- clinics, agencies, facilitators, and the comparison sites they pay. The same prices, success rates, and "patients save up to 70%" figures get copied from page to page until nobody remembers where they came from, and AI-generated pages now copy them faster than ever. LymyVoyage exists to be a different kind of source: one where every number can be traced back to where it came from, and where a figure that doesn't check out gets called out instead of repeated.

In practice, that means:

• Data before opinion. We start from official statistics, regulators, peer-reviewed research, and published price lists, and show you the comparison rather than telling you what to conclude from it.
• Every figure checked against its source. Each number in an article links to where it came from, and the evidence table under the article shows how strong that source is and whether a second, independent one confirms it.
• Saying what we couldn't verify. When a widely repeated statistic has no primary source behind it, or sources disagree, the article says so plainly. An honest "this can't be confirmed" is more useful than a confident guess.
• Not adding to the noise. We don't publish an article just to have a page on a topic -- if a question is already answered well elsewhere, we leave it. We do use AI tools to help research and draft, which is exactly why a named person checks the facts and sources before anything goes live.
• No one paying for the answer. No ads, no sponsored content, no referral fees -- so no conclusion here is shaped by who would profit from it.

The goal is a small, clean corner of the internet on this subject: fewer pages, each one checkable, and corrected in public when we get something wrong.

Who this is for

LymyVoyage is written for people actively considering care abroad -- comparing destinations, weighing a specific clinic or procedure, or trying to work out what something actually costs once travel and follow-up are factored in. It's not a general travel or wellness blog; every article exists to answer a concrete question someone in that position would actually have.

We compare and summarize what public sources report -- we don't recommend a specific clinic, procedure, or provider for you.

How articles get made

Articles are researched from live, current sources for each specific topic rather than drawn from a fixed archive, reviewed by a named person before publication, and cited at the bottom of the page. Who's behind it

LymyVoyage is currently run by a single editor, not a large editorial team -- Arthur Harmash researches, reviews, and is named on articles as they're published. As more people work on this site, they'll be named the same way rather than folded into an anonymous byline.

How this is funded

LymyVoyage is funded entirely by its editor's own money. We accept no donations, run no ads, publish no sponsored content, and receive no commissions or referral fees from any clinic, hospital, insurer, or medical-travel facilitator. Most sites in this space earn money when you pick a provider; this one doesn't -- which is the point.
