Hungary and Poland are two of the EU countries dental-tourism sites send people to for a full mouth of implants. Searching for which one is cheaper turns up a lot of "50-70% savings" and very few prices. One comparison page lists both countries at the same 50-70% saving without a single figure behind it.[^7]

The listings that do carry prices overlap almost completely. On Bookimed, all-on-4 runs $2,900-14,000 in Hungary and $4,500-10,700 in Poland.[^1][^2] What decides the price is not the country but the implant brand, and whether the price includes the final bridge.

## What the listings show

| | Hungary | Poland | Sources |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bookimed, listed clinic prices | $2,900-14,000 (average $8,300) | $4,500-10,700 | [^1][^2] |
| Bookimed, "typical" | | $5,000-5,900 | [^2] |
| WhatClinic, lowest "from" price | from €2,300 | from €4,102 | [^3][^4] |
| Dentaly, all-on-4 per jaw | £5,000-6,500 | | [^5] |
| KB.pl, Polish domestic price, upper jaw on 4 implants | | 23,094 zł average | [^6] |

## Hungary: the lowest floor, the widest spread

Bookimed gives Hungary an average all-on-4 price of $8,300, with listings from $2,900 to $14,000.[^1] WhatClinic's cheapest Budapest listing is lower still: Andrássy Dent at €2,300 for all-on-4.[^3] Some well-known Budapest clinics list no all-on-4 price there at all. Kreativ Dental shows only single implants, from €680.[^3]

The bottom of the range is not like for like. Implant4Life by Smilefactory starts at $2,900, but its per-arch price is about $3,290 with Cowellmedi implants and about $5,880 with Nobel Biocare, according to Bookimed's listing.[^1] Same clinic, same operation, nearly double the price for a different implant brand.

At the top, Evergreen Dental's package of about $18,570 includes eight implants and both bridges.[^1] That is two jaws, not one. Smile Terminal Dental Care's $9,616 package covers four Alpha-Bio implants, CT planning, transfers and both bridges. Rosental Dental's $6,708 includes eight implants and an on-site apartment.[^1] Bookimed warns that the low end often covers surgery and a temporary bridge, not the final result.[^1]

Dentaly, a dental information site, puts all-on-4 at £5,000-6,500 per jaw in Hungary, against £7,000-14,000 in the UK.[^5] It calls those figures indicative and says they exclude flights and accommodation.[^5]

## Poland: a higher floor and a tighter range

Bookimed says all-on-4 in Poland typically costs $5,000-5,900.[^2] Its clinic listings run from $4,500 at Albusdent in Kraków to about $10,700 at RIKOTA in Warsaw.[^2]

WhatClinic shows a similar picture in euros. Prices start from €4,072 at a clinic in Sopot, with Dentineo in Gdańsk at €6,560-6,786 and KCM Clinic in Jelenia Góra at €8,700-9,300.[^4] The same KCM clinic is listed on Bookimed at $7,320, so even one clinic's price depends on which site you read.[^2][^4]

There is a Polish domestic benchmark too. KB.pl, a Polish price-comparison site, puts an upper full denture on four implants at a national average of 23,094 zł in 2026. Kraków and Szczecin sit at 24,100 zł, Warsaw is highest at 24,260 zł, and Wrocław is lower at 22,850 zł.[^6] That figure is built from offers found online, and the site does not say how many.[^6]

## Why the country matters less than the quote

On Bookimed's own listings, the cheapest Hungarian price is $1,600 below the cheapest Polish one.[^1][^2] The most expensive Hungarian listing is about $3,300 above the most expensive Polish one. A patient could pay less in either country, depending on the clinic.

The pattern is consistent across sources. Hungary has the lower floor: €2,300 against €4,102 on WhatClinic, and $2,900 against $4,500 on Bookimed.[^1][^2][^3][^4] Poland's listed prices cluster more tightly.

## What the headline numbers leave out

Neither broker states clearly whether its prices are per arch or for both jaws. Bookimed says so for one Hungarian clinic only.[^1] It describes four implants "per arch" in its Polish FAQ without tying that to the prices.[^2]

Bookimed's typical Polish package includes a consultation, a 3D scan, four implants and a provisional bridge.[^2] The final bridge, extractions and bone grafts may be extra in either country. [What an advertised implant price actually covers](/articles/dental-implants-abroad-what-the-advertised-price-actually-covers-in-8-countries) lists those extras country by country. Neither broker's pages state complication rates or what happens if an implant fails after you get home.

All of these prices are published by companies that earn from referrals, apart from KB.pl's domestic benchmark. None replaces a written quote.

## How to use these numbers

Do not choose between Hungary and Poland on country averages. Ask two or three clinics in each for a written quote. It should state four things:

- the implant brand
- the number of implants per jaw
- whether the price covers one jaw or two
- whether the final fixed bridge is included, or only a temporary one

Then compare quotes that match on all four. The country difference that survives that comparison is usually smaller than the difference between brands.

Full mouth implants: from $2,900 in Hungary, from $4,500 in Poland, on the same broker site. So Hungary is cheaper?

Dental tourism sites promise 50 to 70% savings in both countries. Few of them show a price behind the number.

The listings overlap almost completely: $2,900 to $14,000 in Hungary and $4,500 to $10,700 in Poland. Hungary has the lower floor. Poland's prices cluster more tightly.

One Budapest clinic charges about $3,290 per arch with one implant brand and $5,880 with another. Brand and bridge type move the price more than the border does.

These are broker listings, not quotes. They rarely say whether the price is per jaw, or whether the final bridge is included.

Neither country is reliably cheaper. Compare quotes that name the brand, the implants per jaw and the final bridge.
